Our mission
We offer our pupils a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for acquiring skills that help them explore various areas of technology, sport, arts and creativity, and develop their talents in these areas.

Strong academics, music, swimming, sport and the arts — in a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment on Kanyanta Street, Kitwe.
Jack Christian Academy is a private primary school in Kitwe teaching ECE through Grade 7. Our classrooms are conducive and closely managed so that every learner is known, stretched and supported, and our teachers are backed with ongoing mentorship and training.
Learning does not stop at the classroom door. Music, swimming, sport, art and community service all sit inside the school week, and parents are treated as partners at every stage.

We offer our pupils a stimulating, nurturing and safe environment for acquiring skills that help them explore various areas of technology, sport, arts and creativity, and develop their talents in these areas.
To provide top-notch standard education within a caring environment that promotes opportunities for learners to attain their full potential through a holistic approach to primary education.
“Building a better future, one student at a time.” It is the standard we hold every lesson and every relationship in this school against.

Homework is where the day's teaching settles. We set it consistently, we mark it, and we expect it back.
Parents and guardians are kindly asked to supplement the efforts of the teachers by helping their children attempt their homework, and by signing it once it is done. That signature tells the teacher the work was seen at home.
Foundations first, then growing independence as learners move up through primary.
Phonics-led reading and daily writing practice build confident readers before anything else is layered on top.
Maths is taught with concrete materials first, so learners understand what the numbers mean before working abstractly.
Painting, music and structured play run alongside the academic day and build confidence early.
Science, social studies and ICT become subjects in their own right, taught by teachers who specialise in them.
Typing, research and basic coding give learners a real head start.
Keyboard, drums and percussion lessons are open to learners who want them.
Pool sessions and fun days are part of the school calendar, not an optional extra.
Keyboard, drums and the junior band give learners a stage from their very first years.
Physical education, inter-class competition and community projects round out the week.
Learners can join at any stage — ECE, lower primary or upper primary — and stay right through to Grade 7 without changing schools.
ECEA gentle, play-based start built around structured play, painting, music and early language, in a warm and closely supervised setting for our youngest learners.
